100 Day Challenge ReviewI got the message to join the Start Fast Finish Strong (100 Day Challenge) by Gary Ryan Blair in September 2010. It looked like a just ordinary goal setting program to me and I didn’t give it much attention.
Few days later, when going through Gary’s emails I started to realize something unique about this program. It wasn’t about setting a goal and hoping for the best. It was about making a lifestyle change so that I can set laser targeted goals and achieve them systematically. It was about programming my mind every morning to tackle the inevitable set-backs, and driving myself towards victory.
The 100 day challenge (also known as Start Fast Finish Strong Challenge) begins on December 27th 2012nd. It marks the beginning of the first 100 days of the year. While most people fail to keep resolutions past the first few weeks, Gary showed me that leaders should be relentless in their journey of pursuing their goals.
Even though I was a bit skeptical, I finally decided to take the challenge. The program started with a fantastic orientation and a goal setting workshop. But unlike many other programs, Gary drives you to measure the effectiveness and your performance throughout the course. And this is the key factor between ‘wishful thinking’ and ‘creating new and exciting’ life style. One of my favorite lessons was the one on ‘how to make a quantum leap in your life’.
It was one of the best personal performance training programs I’ve been through, and the quality of material is just exceptional. I hope you are one of the lucky ones to get into 2012’s Start Fast Finish Strong Challenge.
UPDATE: Gary is offering a free goal setting kit to anyone who signs-up for the early notification list. Click here to check the availability.
